The page you open before every first walk
Who is the vet, what is the dog allergic to, how do they get on with other dogs, where is the key. The dog's page keeps it all together with the walks they have had and the reports from each. A new walker on your team can read it in a minute.
Rounds and areas
Clients belong to an area and a round, which is how the schedule knows who can be offered which slot and how the walker view orders the stops. Move a client to a different round and their future bookings follow.
Kept current by the people who know
Owners change their phone number, their dog develops a new allergy, the vet moves. In the portal they update it themselves, and you see the change on the client page. The onboarding checklist shows both sides what is still missing.
